We accept cash, cheques (if presented with valid banker’s card), credit cards or debit cards.
As appointments are made subject to availability, it is recommended that you book your appointment early to avoid disappointment.
Please advise the therapist immediately if there is a problem with your treatment as after the fi rst 15 minutes no refund can be given.
Gift Vouchers are only valid if signed. Appointments should be made within 6 months of the date shown on the voucher. Gift vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money
Cancellations made less than 24 hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment time

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Fail to show up will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Tips and after care Massage treatment
- Don’t eat a heavy meal 2 hrs before the massage.
- A deep tissue massage may result in muscle soreness or tenderness, which may last a day or two.
- Drinking plenty of water after the massage may help to fl ush out toxins that are released from muscles and properly rehydrate muscles, which can help to reduce muscle aches and stiff ness after a massage .
- Avoid strenuous activity after a massage.
- Stretching can help to prevent muscle aches and pain after a deep tissue massage.
